What is included in rent? +
Rent is per person per month as per occupancy. Rooms include one table and one chair. Meals are not included (we do not run a meal service). Other details can vary by room—confirm during your visit.
Can I choose single/double/3/4 sharing? +
Yes, based on availability. Send an inquiry with your preferred occupancy and move-in month for the best options.
Is it safe for girls? +
KP House is a girls PG with controlled access, visitor log, and CCTV in common areas. Parents are welcome to visit anytime.
Do you provide meals? +
No. KP House does not provide meal service. Residents arrange their own food (nearby eateries, tiffin, or self-cooking where applicable).
How do I book? +
Submit the inquiry form, schedule a visit, finalize room availability, then complete onboarding as per PG agreement.
How do I complete the admission form? +
After you shortlist KP House, we share a personal admission link (no app install). Open it in your browser, fill the self-declaration, submit, and use the same page to print or save your profile as PDF. The office uses the same record to verify ID, assign your room, and approve your stay.
